EDS iPower Flash System - Updated Offer The IPF is here!
As you may have seen at the recent Autosport Show, the first batch of IPF units are now with us in the UK. We are waiting for the finalisation of our end user software and this this should be with us in the next few days, then the units will be shipping to pre-paid customers in a matter of days.

Corsa VXR Phase 1 Software Released! Regal have just released the final revision of the Corsa D VXR software and is available now to buy!
We have taken our time to ensure the software 100% integrates into the Corsa VXR package and works with the car to heighten the driving sensation. Our software is far more then just a power increase. On a virtually brand new car, we know you want software you can depend on, with the Regal remap you retain all OE diagnostic communications so your local Vauxhall Dealer can still look after you and the car.
Produces a massive, dyno proven 230 bhp and 217 ft/lb of torque with software alone!

Corsa VXR Intercooler Development Our Corsa VXR Development program is still going strong. We have a development car that has already been treated to the EDS Software remap, Turbo-Back exhaust with pre-cat removal and highflow sports cat, Dbilas flowmaster intake and Bailey dump valve. We are in the final stages of testing our pre-production front mount intercooler, especially deigned to use as much of the factory pipework as possible. This should be released very shortly as we are just putting together mass production of this kit.

Quaife ATB Diff now available for Astra VXR M32 gearbox Now available from Regal Autosport, Quaife ATB Differentials for the Astra VXR M32 Gearbox.
The Quaife ATB differential has many benefits over a standard open differential, including maximising traction and minimizing wheelspin, eliminating torque steer and snatching in front wheel drive cars compared to conventional LSD units, and a maintenance-free design which retains the standard oil lubrication.

Dbilas Turbo Conversion 250 bhp Stage 2 Upgrade If the Dbilas Turbo conversion is not quite harcore enough for you, here is another option...forged, low comp, steel rods and pistons. We call it the Dbilas Stage 2 Upgrade and is available for the Dbilas Turbo converted 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 engines.
Inclusive in the package is a custom software map that allows cars to safefly run higher boost.

Wizards of NOS Nitrous Kits Regal Autosport is a ditributor for Wizards of NOS nitrous kits. These are wet kits and we can cater for all makes and models so please contact us with your individual requirements.
Ordinarily kits are supplied with 5lb bottle and bracketry, solenoids, choice of jets, throttle switch, all lines and fittings needed and full fitting instructions, or take advantage of our installation service.
In addition to this offer an in-house nitrous refill service. We can refill all brands and sizes of bottle, normally held in stock but please check gas stock levels before travelling. |  |

Z20LET Phase 3.5 VXR Injectors and 80mm AFM Regal Autosport is now able to offer an additional phase between the VXR turbo and our full internal rebuild and big turbo kit on the Z20LET, LER and LEL engines.
Until this point running the Phase 3 (VXR Turbo) was as far as we could push the Z20LET before the need arose to the introduction of larger capacity VXR injectors, an 80mm airflow meter and optimised software upgrade allow the Phase 3 Z20LET to be pushed further towards the 300bhp mark without the need to change engine internals.
At Phase 3 the standard injectors are at the end of their duty cycle at high revs. Installing the higher capacity VXR units allows you to run software that pushes the fuelling further and runs cooler, leaving the turbo manifold much less susceptible to cracking.
The injectors are complimented with an 80mm AFM which allows a much higher flow rate or air into the engine and ensures that the air supply can be matched to the improved fuelling at all times.
On top of the hardware Regal are able to provide a specially designed software map like no other map currently on the market that optimises the car for the setup.
The option is also available to incorperate a boost switch into the package which allows you to run an economy map for day to day driving and the full boost map available when the switch is pressed.
This is a tried and tested conversion which we have been developing for the past 6 months. The power delivery is perfectly smooth and we have many happy customers allready.
The price on the 80mm AFM and Injectors is £295 including standard Vauxhall larger hoses, or £345 if you wish to upgrade to Samco hoses.
The software is £400, or if you need to upgrade to the specially designed map from an existing Regal stage the cost is £250. If you wish to run the aditional boost switch, exclusive to Regal Autosport, please add £100 to the cost of the software.

Improved C20LET intercoolers A revised version of our C20LET intercooler kit is now available for the Cavalier and Calibra Turbos, along with the C20LET conversions for Astra Mk3, Nova and Corsa B.
The quality and finish on these intercoolers are very high indeed, we have them in stock and you are welcome to visit our southampton showroom to have a look for yourselves.
Prices at £499 for the cavalier and Calibra turbo and £539 for the conversion kits. The price includes the intercooler and all required pipework for the application. |  |

Diesel tuning Special Offer Introducing our fantastic Diesel Tuning Software with integrated safety protection, at a reduced introductory price for a limited time.

Further Development has been implemented on the 1.9 CDTI engine and we are able to offer another level of power upgrades.

Blizzard/Regal VXR Intercooler Kit Blizzard have huge experience on the European racing scene and use CAD flow Simulation programmes as well real life flow bench testing evaluations to produce the very best flow.
The intercooler kit is designed to retain as much of the OE equipment possible while still producing the most efficient intake cooling system. You will not have to swap your fans for smaller items to squeeze our kit in. It is designed to fully integrate into the VXR.
