Pre-Cat Removal Note:Pre-Cat Removal Note:
Please ensure, if you are having your Pre-cat removal pipe installed elsewhere, that you check boost levels.

The Pre-cat pipe frees up the flow so much it may cause an over boost situation, usually we wind the actuator all the way off and retension with 1 turn of preload.

Check the boost with a boost guage, you should be setting the boost to 17psi, and no higher.

Bastuck Bastuck "Race" system for Corsa VXR
Bastuck have just released their " Race" system for the Corsa VXR.

Using 70mm pipework, a single rear silencer with a 90mm straight cut tail on each side of the car Bastuck have been able to produce a much freer flowing designed exhaust designed to give you the best in performance an looks for your Corsa VXR.

The Triangle piece on the bumper is not used on this version of the Bastuck stystem. to keep prices down the standard rear valance is kept and included in the price of the system is a mesh piece that is tailored to fit the OE cutout.

The system offers a refined exhaust note at idle and louder tone when on the throttle. Dyno proven gains of 7hp and 8lbs ft of torque.

Price stated is for "Race" cat-back system only. See below for option retaining triangle outlet and also a dedicated track dual-de-cat one-piece front pipe.

The system is supplied with straight through pipework to the single rear silencer complete with a single triangular exit that marrys up with the factory rear valance.

Bastuck Bastuck "Race" Full De-Cat Pipe
Another pioneering product from Bastuck, the introduction of a full de-cat pipe from the turbo back to where a tradition "cat back" system starts.

Not to be confused with the single pre-cat removal pipe which will still see the car make the UK MOT emmissions targets this "dual de-cat" pipe is a single piece that removes the precat and main cat under the car for the ultimate performance.

This is a specific track car item and should not be used on the roads. Specific de-cat software is also available.
