NOTE: on all diesel tuning software the V- max has been removed and the rev limit increased by 200rpm and these safety features incorporated -

- When engine is cold power is reduced by -40% for protection
- When engine is hot (over 105 degrees c water temp/ 85 degrees c intake temp) power reduction.
- DPFs filter regeneration burn cycle improvement. Instead of 5000kn in 6 gear above 2000rpm, it is regenerated every 1500km when engine is up to temp, this reduces particulate filter failure which is already common in stock cars. Because the filter is also cleaner you get 4 miles per gallon better fuel consumption

As the IPF is server based there is no limit to the amount of files we can provide you in the long term.

If there is a hardware configuration possible, a software solution can be devised. No other home tuning system is as flexable as IPF. New files are being developed and uploaded to the server daily, so check back with your IPF unit for updates on your application.

Files are TuV approved, this is one of the most strict approval process in the world. Files are independantly tested by TuV engineers on the road and on an indepentant TuV dyno. All emissions and power gains are also approved.

EVOMS Diverter Valves

Status : Astra VXR/Zafira VXR on sale now! Corsa VXR to be released very soon.

The uprated valves will eliminate the notorious "Honking" sound commonly heard when the OEM valves have failed because of a split diaphragm.

The Regal valve uses a sprung piston instead of a diaphragm, and will recover quicker than the standard valve to allow better spool up after gearshifts.

The Regal valve also features a directional port that directs the flow of gases straight up the pipe back to the turbo, increasing spool speed at gear change, whereas the standard valve lets the gases into to the pipe chamber in no particular direction.

The Regal valve keeps the turbo spinning faster through the gear changes eliminating that momentary wait as the turbo spools back up to speed when you engage the next gear. Gear changes are now silky smooth.

The valve for the Astra/Zafira/Corsa VXR models feature a special low profile design to allow for additional clearance and a trouble free installation.

Why Choose Regal Autosport's Equal Length Turbo Exhaust Manifolds?

Regal Autosport have teamed up with a leading UK based race car exhaust technology company to bring you the very best tubular exhaust manifolds for your turbocharged car.



Our manifolds are jigged to fit PERFECTLY. No messing around. Besides this there are a few other little techniques that set them apart from the competition.... heres a few:

A) Post welding ground flanges. When the runners are welded to the flange, a small amount of warpage takes place. This is just a byproduct of the heat from welding. To combat this the flange is machined to ensure a perfectly flat gasket surface.

This means a perfect fit, no leaks, and no stress to the head studs.

B) Cracking is always a concern on a Turbocharged exhaust manifold. The runners are short and there is intense heat. That is why we use 321 stainless over 304, and also offer our manifolds in inconel.

C) If you notice our headers are made up of small pieces of tubing and welded together. You are probably asking yourself how we avoid weld slag on the inside of the pipe in an area that cannot be ground down.

Simple, we "back gas" or "purge weld" during construction. We have an intricate jig system that allows us to fill the tube with Argon. This accomplishes two things. One, there is no oxygen penetration which results in a stronger cleaner weld. Second, that weld slag does not build up on the inside so it remains perfectly smooth....giving the best flow possible.

D) These headers have been carefully designed to assure that there is equal resistance on each runner.

In order to equalize flow across all the cylinders, careful study of the available space was in order. Also in order to provide adequate clearance while not taking any shortcuts with tubing arrangements, we painstakingly digitized the interface between cylinders heads and turbos and then CAD designed a primary and secondary tube solution that far exceeds in quality any other design currently on the market.



E) Each port is hand finised to assure no weld slag disrupts flow.

Small details perhaps, but this is why our maifolds are the very best.
