A newly developed dedicated Dump valve kit for the Corsa VXR. Using the Bailey D-Type twin piston dump valve and full fitting kit including T-piece and all other require parts, clips and hoses.

Image shows the Dump valve fitted with the full Samco Dump Valve hose and Samco coolant hose kit.

The Standard Bailey Dump Valve kit comes with a T-piece for fitment in the stock intercooler to throttle body hose. This is the kit priced at £130 inc vat.

Regal Autosport is now able to offer direct replacement diverter valves (aka - dump valve or blow off valve) for the Vauxhall Corsa VXR.

The uprated valves will eliminate the notorious "Honking" sound commonly heard when the OEM valves have failed because of a split diaphragm.

The Regal valve uses a sprung piston instead of a diaphragm, and will recover quicker than the standard valve to allow better spool up after gearshifts.

The Regal valve also features a directional port that directs the flow of gases straight up the pipe back to the turbo, increasing spool speed at gear change, whereas the standard valve lets the gases into to the pipe chamber in no particular direction.

The Regal valve keeps the turbo spinning faster through the gear changes eliminating that momentary wait as the turbo spools back up to speed when you engage the next gear. Gear changes are now silky smooth.

The valves feature a special low profile design to allow for additional clearance and a trouble free installation.

- CNC machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminium, hard anodised and utilises military spec Viton O-rings.

This valve is a modified version of the Astra VXR diverter valve which requires a small amount of machining work, so please assume a one week delivery time unless you are informed otherwise.
