Phase 1 – Increases power to 234bhp and 274ftlb torque.
The Phase 1 Kit includes Iridium Spark plugs and a K&N Panel Filter aswell as EDS Software.
But this power increase is only half the story.
With Phase 1 the throttle response is made more sensitive with power commencing early at just over
2000 rpm and staying strong up to 7000 rpm with no flat spots.
Our software is written so that 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th gear performance is regulated by the ECU and different levels of boost can be achieved in each gear.
1st gear limit = 0.5 bar progressing up to 5th with a 0.9 bar maximum boost setting.
This helps keep the gearbox stressed as little as possible and making quick 1st and 2nd gear shifts easier with very little wheel spin for a faster acceleration.
The anti skid control is also altered making it less intrusive in controlling the engine and keeping the driver more in control.
All this means the car is extremely fun to drive with very lively performance and lots of pulling power from low revs right to the top end... at 6,600 revs in 5th gear 160 mph can be achieved, while still giving a better fuel economy over the standard car.

 | Phase 2 VXR220
Phase 2 – 250 bhp and 290 ftlb torque.
This kit includes a 9 litre intercooler with larger diameter 50mm pipes. It Fits in the original intercoolers place for minimal fitting time (1 hour) and the least disruption of surrounding components.
This enhances power by reducing the intake temperature which creates a denser charge which means there is physically more air going into the engine.
The Phase 2 Kit now includes Iridium Spark plugs, a K&N Panel Filter and a 9 litre intercooler complete with fitting kit and 50mm piping.

Upgrade from Phase 2 to Phase 3
The standard Z20LET turbocharger is not strong enough to hold the boost that is achieved with the phase 3 software, so we have developed a turbo upgrade.
The standard turbos tend to run out of boost at high revs. To overcome this the new turbo has a modified turbine with a more sporty and aggressive blade trim , this enables the turbo to achieve an overboost of 1.45 bar and hold boost of 1.10 bar cruising in 5th gear.
A Fitting service is available at a £235.00 extra cost

This turbocharger replaces the standard turbocharger on your engine.
SPECIFICATION
-High flow 47mm "inlet depression" style compressor wheel

The recommended boost level is 26-28 psi. Meaning 320-310 BHP is possible from this unit.

This Kit now has a futher modified exhaust turbine for faster boost delivery and Better holding of boost at higher revs for more usable power and less lag. Price remains the same.
