 | Corsa VXR Stage 1 Upgrade
Stage 1 for the OBD serial port programming that will increase power from 190bhp to 230bhp in one single step.
During our extensive development with our in-house car we foundthe standard intercooler more than capable fo supporting this power upgrade.
As with all Regal Stage software it is programmed via the diagnostic port on the car so there is no need for ECU removal, all diagnostic lines are retained for dealer service and after-sales care. There is no visable signs of the car having been altered in any form.
The only 100% integrated software solution currently on the market.

 | Corsa VXR Stage 2 Upgrade
Stage 2 on the Corsa VXR sees the addition of the Dbilas Flowmaster air intake system.
Dbilas Dynamic strive to be at the cutting edge of product development and have proved this again with the early release of the Flowmaster air intake. It incorperates a re-usable K&N panel filter element and a totally isolated intake tract for the coolest intake temperature possible. Kit includes Flowmaster airbox, grille scoop, all hosing needed and RHD specif mounting bracket.
Please note if taking a standard car to stage 2 add the price of stage 1 and stage 2 together.

 | Corsa VXR Stage 3 Upgrade
Stage 3 is the addition of a performance exhaust system.
The option listed is for the full Magnex turbo back system. This consists of turbo dowbpipe with pre-cat removal pipe. Cat section with metal cell sports car and cat-back exhaust system with Magnex VXR signature Tri-Oval tailpipe design.
The system is constructed from stainless steel and all parts are available individually, please see the Corsa VXR exhaust section of our website for details. Also available is the Remus system consisting or de-cat pipe and rear silencer. Again, further details available in the exhaust section of the website.

 | Corsa VXR Stage 4 Upgrade *Update*
At stage three Regal feel that the standard Vauxhall hardware is at the limit of what the power can safely be increased to.
Our uprated Intercooler is now in it's final development stages, with pre-production versions currently undergoing long term road testing. We have produced an interooler that is vastly superior ot the facory equipment, mostly through improved core construction and better design intercooler end-tanks. The Regal INtercooler has been designed to allow customers to use as much of the standard pipework as posible, but cars will benefit from using a silicone kit that we are putting together. Further details and pricing to be added as soon as these are confirmed.
Further in the year the full Stage 4 will see the introduction of a turbo manifold that will allow the Z16 engines to take the turbos from the Z20 engined cars including the Astra VXR.
To add to this external hardware we are also developing low compression pistons and steel conrods that will allow us to produce a 300bhp example of the Corsa VXR, pushing this to 400bhp in the long-run as development progresses.
