The EDS IPF System has arrived!

Welcome to a new era in Vauxhall Performance Tuning....

The IPF system is a multifunctional system with the following sub functions:

1) ECU flash tool for TUNING your CAR AT HOME !! You will only need access to an internet connected PC with USB connection to choose from many software variations. You will then be in a position to switch to another program to suit other hardware setups or even back to standard, many times as you like!

2) Tuning configurator for different engine types. The user can download software at request to run with different airflow meters, injectors and turbochargers dependant on engine spec. The software is direct from the EDS server to flash unit to the car!

Following extensive testing the initial IPF features will be expanded. With development and constant evolution of the product you will be able to make use of the following features:

A) PC Error code display and error code eraser.

B) Engine data logging with all necessary values recorded by request on the IPF in the same way as a TECH-2 data display.

C) Power and torque measurement on the road possible with a high quality high accuracy 3-axel acceleration sensor!

The system is now available for the following models:

Astra VXR , Corsa VXR, Astra-H (Petrol & Diesel), Zafira VXR, Zafira-B (Petrol & Diesel), Vectra C, Signum, Antara & Captiva

And these specific applications:

Diesel : Z19DTH Z19DT Z19DTL Z19DTJ Z17DTH Z20DNH all EDC16 Bosch ECU

Prices for software inclusive of the IPF will be £565.00 inc vat for the Z16LER Z16LEL Z16LEL Z20LEL Z20LER Z20LEH at all stages aswell as the EDC16 Diesel applications.

Customers who have software already can take advantage of the features use of the IPF can offer you as an upgrade. The price of the handheld tool alone is £200.00 inc vat. This is available on all above stated applications and engine types. A much wider range of applications are yet to be released.

The process of flashing the car is a very simple one with little technical know-how required to successfully flash the vehicle.

Open the IPF software sent to you upon purchase of your IPF. The handheld flasher is connected to your computer and all you need to do is follow the on-screen prompts to read the car, select a file and then program the car via the OBD socket.

The following ECUs are now also supported in a further application list to the initial release software above:

Vectra VXR, Signum 2.8T , Vectra 2.8T, Opel GT.

With the specific applications of:

Petrol : Z28NEL Z28NET Z28NEH , Z20DNN

The range of vehicle applications is increasing all the time, as are the number of files for each vehicle/engine combination. As a file is requested it will be added to the server, so as time goes on and the number of users increases the product will continue to get stronger and stronger

NOTE: on all diesel tuning software the V- max has been removed and the rev limit increased by 200rpm and these safety features incorporated -

- When engine is cold power is reduced by -40% for protection
- When engine is hot (over 105 degrees c water temp/ 85 degrees c intake temp) power reduction.
- DPFs filter regeneration burn cycle improvement. Instead of 5000kn in 6 gear above 2000rpm, it is regenerated every 1500km when engine is up to temp, this reduces particulate filter failure which is already common in stock cars. Because the filter is also cleaner you get 4 miles per gallon better fuel consumption

No other software package can offer you this.

As the IPF is server based there is no limit to the amount of files we can provide you in the long term.

If there is a hardware configuration possible, a software solution can be devised. No other home tuning system is as flexable as IPF. New files are being developed and uploaded to the server daily, so check back with your IPF unit for updates on your application.

Files are TuV approved, this is one of the most strict approval process in the world. Files are independantly tested by TuV engineers on the road and on an indepentant TuV dyno. All emissions and power gains are also approved.
