 | Dump Valve Kit VXR220 This is a dump valve for customers who already have the power pipe. The kit doesnt include the T-piece joint as the power pipe already has a fitting made for the dump valve built in which means there is no cutting of your original hose involved.
On turbo charged cars, that have not got a dump valve fitted already, the dump valve makes a big difference. Pressure is forced in the opposite direction into the turbo when the throttle is released, this causes a compressor stall and the turbo stops spinning when changing gear, resulting in a delay in initial pick up. It has also been known to shatter the compressor turbo wheel when running high boost. By fitting a dump valve after the intercooler outlet and as close to the throttle body as possible, excess compressed air in the intake system and intercooler is relieved when the throttle is released. Our dump valves are machined from a high grade aluminium and contain a specially compounded diaphram and stainless steel spring. Regal had the very first piston dump valve and now we have gone a step further with the ultimate dump valve specially for the Vauxhall z20let turbo of any other car with an airflow meter before the turbo, this dump valve has top secret modifications which will allow it to fit any turbo'ed car with no adjustment or specialist setting up. The kit vents the turbo charger and releases the air into atmosphere, it also releases pressure on the turbo. Lower induction temperature due to new air drawn into the turbo which results in the exciting Whoosh! noise that the dump valve makes.

 | Spark Plugs VXR220 Iridium Alloy
In a never-ending effort to improve upon success, Regal recommend an Iridium alloy that is superior to platinum based on hardness, strength and melting point. The new Iridium alloy is composed primarily of Iridium with rhodium mixed in for oxidation wear. Pure Iridium has a melting point of almost 700ºC higher than platinum, and had the greatest potential for resistances against wear. Iridium by itself is susceptible to oxidation wear at temperatures over 900ºC, however, ordinary driving around town an engine would never reach these temperatures. Further testing proved that Iridium alone would not meet the demanding standards. After testing other pure metals combined with Iridium, rhodium proved to be the best choice to meet the needs of performance spark plug engineers.
