Now introducing the new high replacement intercooler for the Z20LET turbo engined VX220.

With 7.5 litres in capacity it is dramatically larger than the standard intercooler it replaces and has a far superior flow rate thanks to its 60mm inlet and outlet connections. This means vastly lowered intake temperatures and so greatly improved power.

The intercooler comes as part of a complete kit with mounting brackets and a heat shield - tailor made for the insallation in the limited space availible in the cars wheel arch

Here pictured for comparison is a standard intercooler unit infront of the Regal Uprated unit.

Available for the Z20LET range as a direct replacement for cracked or damaged manifolds.

Improved specification over the standard turbocharger for more power and better throttle response , turbo charger includes actuator which is equivalent to 14 psi. It is essential, to gain smooth power that the cars software is upgraded to our specifically mapped software.

If fitted to a car without enhanced software damage will occur, however this is a perfect turbo upgrade for our Phase 3 software.

The upgrade allows you to switch the chip between boost modes to give a performance setting and further enhanced fuel economy when needed.
