The EDS IPF System has arrived!

Welcome to a new era in Vauxhall Performance Tuning....

The system is available for the Astra VXR immediately offering all the benefits of an EDS ECU remap, but in a format that allows you to program the car from the comfort of your own home.

On the Phase 1 map the power is lifted to 270bhp and torque figure in the region of 300lbsft. In addition to this you will benefit from raised rev limits, enhanced drive-by-wire throttle response and even improved fuel economy.

The Factory "Sport Mode" button is used to hold the power back and improve the fuel economy of the car when in the off position, then switching into sports mode releases the full performance potential of the EDS software, lifting the power and rev limits and sharpening up the throttle response.

The IPF will allow you to choose from many options to cater for hardware for all Regal Phases and maps that offer different features, for example a specific high torque map.

The IPF system is a multifunctional system with the following sub functions :

1) ECU flash tool for TUNING your CAR AT HOME !! You will only need access to an internet connected PC with USB connection to choose from many software variations. You will then be in a position to switch to another program to suit other hardware setups or even back to standard, many times they like !

2) Tuning configurator for different engine types. The user can download software at request to run with different airflow meters, injectors and turbochargers dependant on engine spec. The software is direct from the EDS server to flash unit to the car!

Following extensive testing the initial IPF features will be expanded. With development and constant evolution of the product you will be able to make use of the following features:

A) PC Error code display and error code eraser.

B) Engine data logging with all necessary values recorded by request on the IPF in the same way as a TECH-2 data display.

C) Power and torque measurement on the road possible with a high quality high accuracy 3-axel acceleration sensor!

Customers who have EDS software on their Astra VXR already can purchase the IPF as an upgrade for £200.00 inc vat.

As the IPF is server based there is no limit to the amount of files we can provide you in the long term.

If there is a hardware configuration possible, a software solution can be devised. No other home tuning system is as flexable as IPF. New files are being developed and uploaded to the server daily, so check back with your IPF unit for updates on your application.

Files are TuV approved, this is one of the most strict approval process in the world. Files are independantly tested by TuV engineers on the road and on an indepentant TuV dyno. All emissions and power gains are also approved.
