EVOMS Diverter Valve Fitting
These are the components of your kit -

Step 1: assembling your kit.

Take your top hat (this will be the red or black anodized part with the evoms logo engraved) Fit the slightly smaller of the two largest o rings into the machined groove.

Step 2: Take the two small, fat, o rings and place them in the machined ridges in the piston housing. Take care to get them seated well.

Step 3: Take your piston and lubricate it, you dont need alot of grease - just enough to add a thin film to the outside.

And place the piston into the piston housing, move it in and out a few times to ensure a smooth operation.

Step 4: Now place the spring into its seat inside the piston.

Step 5: now mate the two halfs of the diverter valve

I find it easiest to grab three nuts to wind onto the bolts supplied just to give your hands a break, otherwise you have to keep the two halves together somehow.

With this done you can now fit the remaining two o rings. Be carefull as they might slip off as you carry the valve about, please ensure they are fitted when you come to fit the valve to the turbo!

Step 6: Fitting your diverter valve.

If you wanted this could be done before you assemble your EVOMS valve, just depends which way you would rather.

Use a 5mm allen key to remove the stock blow off valve.

With the valve removed you can see your old diaphragm design.

Step 7: With the valves side by side you can see the obvious advantages of the EVOMS diverter valve. Air is only vented by the piston in the direction of natural flow. This improves throttle response greatly!

Install your valve taking car to angle the diverter outlet 'up' the inlet pipe - towards the sky! (this is the pipe that attaches to your airbox/flowmaster)

Now fix it in place with the bolts.

And there you have it! Now go out and enjoy!

Note: Pictures are taken with turbocharger off the car, for photography purposes only - i would just like to make clear you should NOT take your turbo off to fit the EVOMS diverter valve.
