If you have felt the dreaded fuel cut in your 2.0T powered vehicle, this kit is an absolute must. Through the use of state of the art materials, heat-treating, and aerospace machining we were able to come up with an affordable yet extremely accurate product.

Originally designed as a component for our upcoming turbo upgrade kit, this pump was designed to capacitate 300+ horsepower. Also, gains of 30+ft.lbs. beyond standard stage 2 programming can be obtained with fuel pump specific ECU tuning.

We strongly recommend replacing the cam follower from VW.

Dbilas 2.0TFSi ‘Bolt on’ GT28RS Turbo Kit MK5 Golf

The kit includes:

• GT28 Turbocharger with full fitting kit pipework and oil fittings, designed with right hand drive specific fitment in mind, so there are none of the clearance issues, even when using a 3? intake.

• A cast exhaust manifold with integrated housing, specifically designed to take an OEM fitment downpipe to improve intergration into the engine bay, and allow the fitment of any aftermarket downpipe.

Can be fitted to a 100% stock car however a recommended specification to make best use of the larger turbocharger includes:

- 3" exhaust
- Dbilas air intake
- Autotech High flow fuel pump
- Larger injectors
- Larger intercooler kit
- Software remap

In addition to the Dbilas turbocharger kit mk5 GTiof this spec will produce 360bhp safely with 100% stock engine internals, and in excess of 400bhp with rods and pistons.

Full kit price is £2790 inc vat, however it is possible to supply without a Dbilas intake kit priced at £2395 inc vat.
