Designed from a clean sheet, the new Wavetrac® Differential brings current gear technology to the market. Internally, its gear tooth forms are optimized for strength and improved oil film retention over competitive designs. Our gear package is smaller, reducing overall mass, yet is more durable. Attention was also paid to the side gear/axle interface, putting as much material thickness as possible in this critical area - most important when power levels get high.

Each Wavetrac® Differential is crafted from the highest quality materials available. The internal gears are made from high strength 9310 alloy steel. The diff bodies are machined from case hardened steel billet. To complete the package, every Wavetrac® differential is built exclusively using high quality, high strength fasteners from ARP®, the world leader in fastener technology.

Wavetrac 02A/02J Differential Installation Kit

Regal Autosport has made it easy to install your new Wavetrac® ATB differential. Using ARP's superlative bolt kit as the basis, we have sourced the necessary end cover gasket, carrier bearings, speedometer drive gear and o-rings from Volkswagen required for a successful installation. Save time and money!

ARP Bolt kit for 02M/02Q/02S Differential

Since the factory differential and ring gear are riveted together at the factory, when installing a Wavetrac® differential or a new ring and pinion in your 020, 02A, 02J or 02M transmission, you must drill out the rivets and replace them with special bolts and nuts.

Please order for the correct ARP bolt set for your diff application.

Dbilas 2.0TFSi ‘Bolt on’ GT28RS Turbo Kit MK5 Golf

The kit includes:

• GT28 Turbocharger with full fitting kit pipework and oil fittings, designed with right hand drive specific fitment in mind, so there are none of the clearance issues, even when using a 3? intake.

• A cast exhaust manifold with integrated housing, specifically designed to take an OEM fitment downpipe to improve intergration into the engine bay, and allow the fitment of any aftermarket downpipe.

Can be fitted to a 100% stock car however a recommended specification to make best use of the larger turbocharger includes:

- 3" exhaust
- Dbilas air intake
- Autotech High flow fuel pump
- Larger injectors
- Larger intercooler kit
- Software remap

In addition to the Dbilas turbocharger kit mk5 GTiof this spec will produce 360bhp safely with 100% stock engine internals, and in excess of 400bhp with rods and pistons.

Full kit price is £2790 inc vat, however it is possible to supply without a Dbilas intake kit priced at £2395 inc vat.
